I’ve led in-house agency work and design at early stage startups. I’ve worn hundreds of hats, and still do. I’ve seen the entire spectrum of design and can dabble in it all.
I ask a lot of questions and challenge assumptions. I bring the voice of design to the table. I’m not a “yes man” kind of designer.
I get gritty with details and the pixels. But nothing is never “perfect”. I have bias for iterating rather than perfecting.
